If anyone
desires a wish to come true they must first catch a butterfly
and whisper that wish to it. Since a butterfly can make no sound,
the butterfly can not reveal the wish to anyone but the Great
Spirit who hears and sees all.
So, according
to the legend, by making a wish and giving the butterfly its
freedom, in gratitude the wish will be taken to the heavens
by the butterfly and be granted by the Great Spirit.
We are gathered
to give this couple all our best wishes and are about to set
these butterflies free in trust that all these wishes will be
granted.

Having
a Wedding or Special Gathering?

Monarchs. This is a simple affordable and unforgettable memory
which is quite easy to accomplish. Just open their envelopes
or netting and make sure the cameras are ready. Butterflies
need to be released outdoors with temperatures above 60 degrees
and no heavy rains. Please call us for details and to determine
the proper amount for maximum effect. Please call ahead to reserve
your Monarchs as quantities are limited during season. Our first
concern is the the safety of the butterfly and the perfect memory

Our Monarchs are people friendly and often remain in the area
for quite some time and frequently land on delighted guests
and floral arrangements where they often pose for pictures.

Varieties they usually cost a little less, but we can not
always predict exactly which types will be perfect to ship to
your location due to their erratic emergence patterns. We ship
best available always. While we
prefer the Monarch,your event may require a larger pallet of
colors. We are able to assist you with a variety of equally
beautiful large winged butterflies that will enhance your event.

Not
all butterflies are created equal, Monarchs are hardy butterflies
that survive the trip, they do not stain your clothing or guests
like the much smaller and mothlike painted ladies can. While
less expensive it is no joy to release anything that may annoy
you or your guests on such an important day. The truth about
painted ladies is "a release" is more like "an
escape", do not blink or you will miss them as they flee.
They are almost impossible to photograph as is evident by the
lack of their posed photographs on any site. One Monarch is
4 times the size and 20 times as impressive.

Free Release box with 4 dozen butterflies
There
is a $35 overnight shipping charge per order. We may require a deposit
per dozen butterflies to ensure availability. The Minimum order
is three adults.
We always include a bonus butterfly for larger orders in case
of unforeseen complications which are very rare, printed instructions and free Milkweed
seeds for your guests.
We
can provide kits
for a custom made display and release enclosures which greatly
add to the look and elegance of your event. Please call us with

work with wedding planners and all types of professionals and
special event facilitators and offer a nice thank you gift for

The
picture to the left is the best way to package Monarchs for
delivery: in Glassine envelopes inside a wooden box with ventilation.
You
can inspect them easily and the envelopes keep them calm and
unhurt during their trip, just make sure they are kept cool
and if possible in a quiet dark place until you are ready to
have them make their entrance. We take great care and pride
